Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal data necessary to deliver and improve our Services:

Personal Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration, A.C.T. Bot use, consult scheduling, or account creation.
Business Information: Business details, challenges, goals, and operational data shared via the A.C.T. Bot or Members Area to generate customized deliverables.
Usage & Activity Data: Interactions with the website, A.C.T. Bot, Members Area, Tweak tab, and content (e.g., session history, bot queries, tweak requests, page views).
Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
Review Rewards Program Data: Information related to reviews you submit for site credit (platform used, verification status, and credit awarded). We do not collect or store the full content of your external reviews.
Referral Program Data: Information related to referrals you make or receive, including email addresses submitted, conversion status, and reward eligibility/payouts.
Members Area Data: Tweak requests, activity logs, session data, and account preferences.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 and comply with COPPA.

Automated Processing

The A.C.T. Bot uses automated systems to generate personalized Plays and Playbooks based on your inputs. This is essential to the instant-delivery nature of our Services. You may contact us to discuss alternatives, though this may limit access to certain features.

How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption (HTTPS), multi-factor authentication, access controls, and session tracking on all A.C.T. Bot interactions.

Data Retention

Non-subscription / one-time users: Session and playbook data is retained for 30 days to support the 30-Day Success Tweak Guarantee, then anonymized or deleted.
Active Members Area accounts: Data is retained while your account is active.
Inactive accounts: Data is deleted 120 days after the last login, following a 30-day notice period.
Review and Referral data: Retained as needed to administer the programs and prevent abuse, then deleted in accordance with the above timelines.
