Business Information: Business details (type, size, challenges, goals, financial or operational data) shared via the A.C.T. Bot or Members Area to generate customized deliverables.
Usage Data: Non-identifying data about your interactions with the website, A.C.T. Bot, Members Area, and Kefford Corner videos (e.g., session history, page views, bot queries, video engagement).
Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe; we do not store payment card details.
Referral Program Data: Information related to your participation in the $100 referral program.
Review and Feedback Data: Information from reviews or comments you submit.
Members Area Data: Tweak requests, consult bookings, activity logs, and session IDs associated with your account.

We do not collect data from children under 13 and comply with COPPA by not knowingly collecting such data.

How We Use Your Information

Deliver and customize the Services, including generating AI-powered Plays and Playbooks via the A.C.T. Bot based on your inputs.

Automated Processing

The A.C.T. Bot uses automated systems and natural language processing to generate personalized Plays and Playbooks from your inputs. This processing is essential for the instant-delivery experience. Only the $2,500 Kefford Consult, Premium Bundle, or Support Calls includes direct personal time with Edwin Kefford. You may opt out of automated features by contacting us, though this may limit or prevent use of certain Services.

How We Protect Your Information

We prioritize security with:

Industry-standard encryption (AES-256, HTTPS), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and strict access controls.
Session ID tracking on every A.C.T. Bot interaction and playbook delivery.
Watermarks on all generated deliverables.

Data Retention

Session and playbook data for non-subscription users is retained for 30 days to support the 30-Day Success Tweak Guarantee, then anonymized or deleted.
For subscription or Members Area users, data is retained during the active subscription plus 30 days, then anonymized or deleted.
Active Members Area accounts retain data while the account is open; data is deleted 120 days after inactivity with a 30-day notice.

Your Rights Under CCPA and GDPR (Extended to All Users)

We extend the following rights to all users:
