My sales story goes back two decades, but was re-ignited as a remote executive recruiter for Global Recruiters Network, based in Calgary, Canada, and serving the U.S. packaging industry. This is a world I knew from my early 20s as West Coast Sales Director for Uniflex. It was brutal yet brilliant: 100+ dials daily for two years, with 25% to HR managers and CEOs at major firms to lock in commission-only searches, and 75% to talent, digging into their stories to align them for better pay, lifestyle upgrades, or career leaps.


In a competitive landscape, successes meant everyone won: Employers gained incredible new talent to drive growth, candidates scored raises or relocations for improved lives, and I earned commissions by orchestrating those happy endings.

In 2019, I joined Indeed/Glassdoor in San Francisco, quickly climbing to the top 2% of 1,700 reps worldwide by mastering pay-per-click dynamics in Big Tech.


I built talent pipelines for giants in grocery, real estate, healthcare, and hospitality by optimizing strategies for 25% turnover cuts in senior living or 30% applicant surges for retail amid crunches. Hosting virtual hiring events that filled hundreds of roles, I blended direct sourcing with digital tools, navigating international expansions and cultural nuances for diverse markets.


Then 2020's pandemic flipped everything: Sales struggles, hiring dips, and product shortages rocked clients. I adapted by meeting pros where they were. Empathizing with their chaos and crafting meaningful, step-by-step plans for recovery. Our successes were intertwined: As they grew out of troubles, so did I.
